Firmware updates happen automatically over the air as long as you are connected via WiFi. You do not need to flash it yourself unless your headset is not doing so automatically. If you flash Nibiru 2.0, it will not automatically upgrade to Nibiru 3.0.
To get to the Android bootloader screen, hold the volume up button and press the power button until the device turns on.
